Q: I had a reaction to metformin (lactic acidosis), I almost died and was put on insulin. Is it still

possible for me to try the INGAP or not?

Hello! I have never met a Type 1 on metformin:) there is a first time for everything. I am glad you are doing well. You should consult with your Physician or Endocrinologist, they know your health history better than me and will be able to answer your question.
