Why does my fingers tips lose sensation, but it differs from day to day which fingers are effected?

Peripheral neuropathy is what you have and I wish I could tell you why it effect's different fingers from day to day but I can't. It is a progressive thing but you can stop it from going any further. You have to get your bg's under control before more damaged is caused to your nerves. You should talk to your Physician because it could be an issue with your spine.
