According to the NIH website, it contains sorbitol, which is a sugar alcohol. But as far as the stuff in alcoholic beverages that makes people drunk, no.

 

Active ingredients (in each 5 mL = 1 tsp)

Codeine phosphate, USP 10 mg

Guaifenesin, USP 100 mg

Inactive ingredients

citric acid, FD&C red #40, glycerin, propylene glycol, purified water, red raspberry flavor, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution.
