Kent-

Hello! your average blood glucose ranges from 119-162.  When do you test your blood glucose? is the readings your getting before you eat or 2 hours after you eat? Can you answer those 2 questions for me? I will be able to answer your questions a lot better knowing when you test your blood glucose.  One more question, Have you been diagnosed with diabetes?

Hi Kent

If those are fasting BG numbers, they are too high.  You should be between 4 and 6 when fasting.  I would suggest that you make some changes to your routine - perhaps controllng your diet more strictly or using medication.
