Hello! I am a diabetic and I have used many sweeteners.  I can only speak from my experience, sorbitol and mannitol causes my blood sugar to rise. I would like to recommend subscribing to David Mendosa's sharepost, he has a lot of good information when it comes to diets and other nutritional information. The links provided below will route to to 2 of our community experts and their take on sweeteners.
