what do you do if your doctors tell you theres nothing else they can do for your diabetes

my doctors told me there is nothing more they can do for me everything they have giving me for it never works, it only makes my sugar go up very high for 7 years my sugar goes from 300 to 600 and up its never been stable. so what can you do now when your doctors won't even see you no more...
