Q: Why are my sugar levels still high on insulin? I watch what I eat.

well, then you're probably insulin resistant- i would use your body weight as a barometer- if you are gaining weight, then you need to cut back even further on CHO- if you are losing weight, then you might up your insulin dose to lower the sugar- you also want to trend you HgBA1C- if you are high, but trending down, i would continue with your diet- if you are trending higher, then you need to try changing your regimen- good luck and remember: best to shoot a sleepingsasquatch, because if he's awake and you miss...
