I found this on milagrousa.com and a number of other websites. It is composed of two herbs which grow in Central America, Smilax Dominigensis and Tecoma Stans. Couldn't find diddly on the web.
It's probably just another snake oil, but the site claims the WHO has studied and recommended it, and of course there are glowing testimonials on the web.
I'd just like to know something about it before forking over $60!
