Diabetic with a bug bite of some sort.

I have a bug bite and i got it 4 nights ago and it still itches alot. It's about the size of a small blueberry. There's no blister, the skin is raised alittle like any bug bite would be. I'm diabetic and was wondering how long before i should go see my doctor. It doesn't bother me in any other way...
