I need a list of foods that are taboo for a diabetic to eat.

I'd like a list of foods a diabetic needs to stay away from, My daughter is almost 13 and weighs 160 pounds and is about 5'4". Her maternal grandmother is obese and a diabetic and her entire family is obese and I'm having the fight of my life to get her to eat sensably and too exercise. She's not...
