Q: HUNGER PANGS IN EVENING TIME

I am 44 years old. I don't have diabetes though when it is 4 or 5 p.m. (evening) I get very hungry and I cannot resist but to eats 4 to 5 biscuits and tea. Help me out with this problem. I am a medical transcriptionist and since last 20 days I have started running for 10 minutes and doing stretching for 30 minutes.

Eat protein not carbs for your snack, you will not raise your blood sugar and you will not be as hungry.
