First how old is your baby?  If she is less then 6 months old, you should have a permanent neonatal diabetes work up.  Secondly, does she have any other known medical problems?  Third, you should check her for ketones, since vomiting is a symptom of high ketones.  You can check ketones with either a precision meter, or collecting urine in a cup by squeezing the diaper and then use a dip stick. If vomiting persists she needs further evaluation.
