Debbie-

Hello! You aren't alone. I have diabetes and struggle sometimes, we all do. You are making the first step in getting help. In order to lose weight you have to exercise and lower the amount of carbs you eat. Click here, it will take you to a "Living with Diabetes". You will find information on diet, exercise and more.  If you need anything else let me know.

There is a new and exciting nutritional supplement product that came on the market a few months ago from a company that has been around for over 20 years. Through extensive testing it has shown that the level of insulin needed was reduced and an average weight loss of 10 - 15 pounds a month has been documented.

Please email me at livethedash@comcast.net and I will be more than happy to give you ALL of the information.  I am so excited to share this with you.
