In response to:

My Doctor has me using a sliding scale for Humlin R and has had me doing so for over 4 years now. He has me taking 1 unit for every ten points above 120. So if my blood sugars are say 140 I would take 2 units. But it is best if you gt the scale your doctor wants you to follow from your doctor. Everyone is different.
