The average blood sugar for a diabetic a person with diabetes the normal blood sugar reading after you eat should be about 140 or under 2hr after you eat. I am not sure about a kid. Diabetes, does it run in your family? Is your child losing weight? I would have him checked by a physician. hopefully you can rule out diabetes.
