how do I get my blood sugar down when it is 205??

I am diabetes type 2 and taking metformin 1500 mg. a day. glubride,but, the glyubride seems to give my blurred vision and my sugar goes up and down all day long.  Any suggestions on how to handle this??/

Well, not only you should figure out why its 205, but to get it down quickly is to exercise.  When we exercise it lowers our blood sugar levels, just be careful and don't over due because hypo-glycemic is just as bad if not worse IMHO.
