    Target goals for blood glucose set by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) are 90-130 mg/dl before a meal and less than 180 mg/dl two hours after the start of a meal. The American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) has s stricter blood glucose target goals of less than 110 mg/dl before a meal and less than 140 mg/dl two hours after the start of a meal. You should consult with your Physician to see what your target range should be.
