Hello! There are several things you can do to treat foot ulcers. You could see if your insurance covers a wound vac, compression garments, anti-biotic's will also help. Click here, it will take you to the Cleveland Clinic. It will give you information on taking care of the ulcer, cleaning the ulcer's and preventing them. Hope you get better soon.
