In response to:

are they blisters, or just kind-of lool like blisters. A skin condition known as Grannuloma Annulara is sometimes a side effect of dibetetes. Not cancer, but nothing has been investigated on this because it's not life threating. I have about 12 on my legs, some the size of quarters and some larger. They are ugly, very red and sometimes itch. Is this what yours are like? I can give you a bit more info, but will wait for your answer. Chris
