Exercising after breakfast should help bring the sugar level down. I am on insulin, once in the morning before breakfast, and once before supper. When I started exercising after breakfast ( a walk around the mall ) I found my sugar levels went too low. I told my doctor about this, and he advised that if I was going to exercise in the morning, I still should eat a good breakfast, but not to take any insulin that morning before breakfast. I can do my walk exercise now, and not run low sugar.
