Q: What Is The Best Exercise To Prevent Type 2 Diabetes?

There is no "better" exercise, then to just get out there and do something! Whether it is walking or gym, yoga or swimming, what is most important is raising the heart rate for an extended period of time. Here are some interesting links to help give you direction on what is advised:
