I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes when I was pregnant, I am no longer pregnant my little girl is now almost a month old but my doctor wants me to still track my sugars by spot checking it.
I am wanting to find out do the highs that people have or get happen from eating what should be normal amounts of food say without taking their medicine? Or does it happen when they overeat or just eat food without considering what they are eating?
I ask this because I have noticed that when I have overeaten or not carefully it seems it effects my sugars and makes them higher. Like a smaller portion effects it some but more to too much food causes it to go higher.
Thank you,
Melissa D.
