Q: Why is my blood sugar higher one side of my body?

I have been monitoring my blood sugar and assumed that it would be the same no matter where I took the sample from.  I have tryed this several times and each time there is at least a 10 point differance.

Im not sure if this answer is correct, but my docotor told me there is 2 different kinds of sugar in your body, regular sugar and blood sugar.. if your body is like mine.. my blood sugar is high but my regular sugar is low..and some parts of my body is getting enough sugar and others is getting to much. so depending on where your testing yourself I guess thats why its different. But my doctor told me to try to test int he same area as much as my body will allow it...I can usually test on my left hand two or three times on each finger before it gets sore, then I switch to the other hand. try that and see what happens. good luck sweetie hope I answered it right
