Dear Desperato: Insulin does not make you gain weight.....it is overuse of insulin that causes weight gain. Unless of course your suffer from "Nesidioblastosis" (Google this term) and produce excessive insulin levels from your own pancreas. Yes, following my technique (if you are a Type 2 diabetic and can make your own insulin. Do C-Peptide test to determine this) you can get off of insulin.
