Hi,

Diabetes management takes much more than antioxidants!  What antioxidants will do is help reduce some of the stress on the cells, but it does not lower blood sugar or reduce fat!  Those are achieved through proper eating and exercise!  This is a great site for you to explore as we have so many people who have succeeded in living very healthy lives with type2.
