I have never had any problems with diabetes before not me nor my family. Lately i was feeling more tired than usual and start thinking of it and bought a blood sugar machine, all my numbers (at different times, before and after eating and morning after 8hrs fasting) were below 110 average of 95. Two days ago i got a number from the lab 119 and also HbA1c of 5.3. In the morning before the check up i measured myself and was 99. Was the Lab big figure affected by the fact that i did not eat anything for approx. 19hrs, or because i was very stressed for the result? Do i have to worry? am i prediabetic? is there another test i should do?, many thanks for the help
