Q: Why does my BG go up when exercising?

Hello! Just to add on to what Frank said... I use to have the same problems.  I was told to check my bg's about 30 minutes after I finish exercising. You should she your bg's decrease after that.

exercise releases adrenaline, which increases blood sugar- pretty much, adrenaline is the opposite of insulin
