For diabetes? Not much else. Metformin has not had enough testing done on it.
For everything else? You can still take Acetomenaphin (tylenol) and other medications on the lists that are safe for pregnant women. Take care with cold medicines, as cough syrups may have sugar added. You can take the no sugar ones.
I like to stick with tylenol, cough drops (not the halls extra acting kind, regular ones) and nasal spray. Gets rid of most stuff enough for me to keep moving.
