Category:Three year old Grand daughter has blood sugar level of 510

Granddaughter has blood sugar level at 510. Should they take her to E.R.?

My daughter-in-law had diabetes while pregnant with her 3 yr. old who is now thirsty all the time and urinating frequently. They took her blood sugar level and it was 510. After having some peanuts and having her ride her trike for an hour it was still high at 490. Can they wait...
