Hi,i am type-1 diabetic and am exercising regularly but don't know what to eat just after my workout.my workout finishes at around 19:30 or 20:00..and i take my diner at around 21:00..i live in India.plz suggest me a diet plan just before and after my workout.
i do skipping--500-1000 tyms
jogging--1/2 km
lyt wt.arm exercises.
