i have diabetes but i am not taking care of it

I am 38 and ironicly I have taken care of everybody except me I have 4 kids and a grandson I am up at 5:30 and down at 12 at the latest I am exhausted I dont take care of myself because I do not have time I know that this will wind up killing me but I do not know how to stop eating sweets I...
