First of all, know that there is hope and a lot of great info out there. These websites are God-sends. He will be put on a program and given the do's and dont's of Diabetes treatment. There are several great meds out there too. Talk to your doctors and make sure you are on board with their advice. Good Luck and hang in there.
The South Beach Diet is very helpful, and the Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load. Processed carbs, flour , and sugar raise up blood sugars. You are wonderful to be concerned.
