Thank you for posting this. My doctor and the nutritionist said to stay under 180 postprandial... so I was thinking that "normal" people were up to that level. I had no idea how low they were actually staying. This definitely gives me a better idea of what my sugars are doing and how ineffectual my own system is reacting. It also gives me an idea of how much more I need to strive to do better. Wow! Eye opening!   Shouldn't the docs be telling diabetics to stay more around the 100-130 range after eating then?
