Hi Michele,   I believe an established "normal" blood sugar would be around 80-90 mg/dl upon waking in the morning.  Typical one hour postprandial (after meal) blood sugars for non-diabetics would be 100-120 mg/dl.    Perhaps one of the medical professional experts can shed more light on your question.    If your concern is how close to "normal" your blood sugars are, you may want to ask your doctor to clarify your goals and how they were determined.    Good luck!
