I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last year and recently, my vision has changed a lot.  I wear bifocals and the past month or so, I've noticed that I can't see correctly out of my glasses.

I am struggling to get my sugar under control, but past week or so, making some progress as it seems to be going down.  Any information would be appreciated.

So far mine always has. YMMV. It is the best indicator to me that I am running high and that I need to take corrective action.

My brother who is also Type 2 went blind and that scared him into closer diet control.  He did regain his vision slowly but he did retire from his job as a printer.

My father, after many years, could not longer read and drive after his diabetes was not well monitored, and  I later found out how high his sugars were.  It goes to show you that not all doctors work well with eldelry patients.  Make sure when you have your eyes examined, that you get them dilated.  I wish you the best.  Some of the latest articles say that good control diminish microvascular complications and eye disease in diabetics. :)
