Q: diabetes and hepatitis any advice? resources? hope?

I have just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2, high blood pressure and hepatits c.  Scared and looking for advice support, hope?  About to start treatment for Hepatitis...but scared myself and want to protect my family...know the basics.....to protect against use of razors, open wounds, nail clippers...but I do not wish this on my children or my husband by accident.  I am tired losing hair, itching is horrible, very edgy and nervous, easily irritated  ....even when I try so hard not to be and with acid reflux, medicine is eating my stomach up.  And about to start injection treatment that will make me sick and worse, not to speak of my demanding job...which I can not slack up on, Job is very stressful as well especially with economy......very discouraging.......need advice!!!!!!!!!!

Worried, I don't know what else to say to give you hope. I don't see my message I sent and maybe my computer lost it. All we can do is all we can do. Peace will help you find some energy to do what you know to do well. Worry contradicts peace. One step at a time and you will make it though. Your road is rougher than many. You will help yourself and your family as you practice relaxation breathing, follow the tx you are given and cut off those loops of worry. It is only natural to feel a bit freaked. This is new territory. You have to grieve the old comfortable you routines and get into different ways to take care of yourself. I understand that. Once your BG settles some and the fear goes down a bit you'll find you really are able to do this. You'll get ideas on how to keep things safe for your family, you'll try new foods, you'll be glad you stuck to the program of tx and rescued your liver. You'll have more energy and lots more hope. Crisis is both danger and opportunity.  Hang in there.
