I don't think there is anything wrong with using vinegar tablets. You should consult your Physician before starting any regimen. I heard liquid vinegar maybe a little better because of it's purity. David Mendosa is one of our community experts, he wrote a sharepost about the Dawn Phenomenon and he mentioned using the vinegar tablets before bed to help lower his fasting Bg's.
