You should check with your doctor on what is a normal glucsoe count. My doctor says between 70 and 140 fasting (before meals), and no higher than 130-180 after meals.

Hi! Sometimes your Physician sets different goals for you. Click here and it will take you to a chart that will tell you what your glucose levels should be, fasting, before and after you eat.
