My friend and I are running the Chicago Marathon in October, 2010.  Both of our families have been afffected by diabetes.  Instead of raising money for a large organization, we are trying to raise money for one aspect of the disease.  Given the current state of our economy, the number of unemployed, and therefore underinsured, I can imagine many patients struggle to afford equipment.  Ipump.org was an organization which obtained donations for such supplies.  However, they are currently not operating.  We are in the western suburbs of Chicago and would like to know of a similar organization we can assist with donations/supplies.
