Where can I find a LOW protein, type II diabetic diet exchange list?

I am type II diabetic. Hypertensive and on low protein diet for renal failure treatment. Medications are Diovan,amlodipine,Lantus,Amaryl,Plavix,Neurontin,Simvastatin. Is there an exchange list that is available for my medical need?

I looked high and low to find a low protein diet, I can honestly say I don't think there is one. The good news, we have a sister site called Foodfit.com. If you click here low protein recipes it will bring up recipes that have low protein foods. The down fall is it doesn't give you the exchange option but it does list the number of carbs per serving.
