Working nights
I have been working nights for 5 years and I am still struggling with good eating plan at work. The work is kind of boring and so my favroite hobbie is to eat. I have attended Overeater's . but still struggle with a plan for this night shift. Any ideas? Anyone else work nights?

Diabetes Problems
Ok well since i last posted i had been getting my numbers lower then ever which is techincally a good thing. Except that now i have gotten too low on three or four different occasions.
