How do I get my family to understand my diabetic needs, such as foods,meds,ex,....

Well I've got this problem with my family you see I've been a diabetic for years now and kind of know all the do's and the don't of managing my diabetis, but around my loved ones it changes dramaticly like how I eat or what I'll eat around them...... I make every day count.

I HaveType 1 diabeties for 5 years.I have had Pre-diabeties for 23 years.My famaily is my biggest support.My 8 year old daughter keeps me on line when i get weak.She has learned alot about my diabeties.
