In the process of moving from celexa (citalopram) to effexor. Hoping it will help. The GP and pharmacist both say many people tolerate effexor with wellbutrin reasonably well. I shall see won't I? swollen lymph nodes and biopsys

I am scheduled for a biopsys tomorrow due to abnormal mammogram -I have swollen lymph nodes not actually right under my armpit but on right side of breast(pectoral lymph nodes)which have grown much larger (you can see them with the naked eye) ..could this be relted?
