I am living with type 2 Diabetes. I would say this is one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life next to knee surgery. Depression

I want to know if anyone else deal with depression? And if so how do you deal with it? I find myself depressed trying to deal with my diabetes. I am tierd of taking medication all the time.

controlling blood sugar
