I saw the doctor about the feeling of pinpricks all over

Though my blood sugar readings were up over the end of March, it was not high enough to result in the needles and pins feeling. No signs of neuropathy either. He believes it is my anxiety level. WHEN IS MEDICATION TO MUCH MEDICATION? HOW DO WE KNOW WHEN WE ARE OVER MEDICATED?

When is medication for Diabetes or any condition for that matter to much? I'm asking this question as I think over the amount of prescription medication in my meds box.
