For patients struggling with diabetes, the world of dietary supplements and alternative treatments can be a cause for concern.  According to David Mendosa, the American Diabetes Association has published a guide, the Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) Supplement Use in People with Diabetes, to help patients navigate the vast array of supplement options.
