How does the i-port® work?
Step 1
Remove the backing from the adhesive pad and then remove the needle guard
Step 2
Tightly pinch skin and insert needle and cannula with adequate speed and force using a fast non-stop motion
Step 3
Press the i-port® firmly against the skin
Step 4
Remove and properly dispose of the insertion needle
The i-port® can be worn for up to 72 hours.\
Step 1
Ensure that the septum is clean before every use
Step 2
Using your injection device, locate and puncture the resealing septum
Step 3
Inject medication through resealable septum for delivery into subcutaneous tissue
Step 4
Remove and dispose of syringe or insulin pen needle
The i-port® can be worn for up to 72 hours.

Grab the edge of the adhesive and pull until removed from body
