A new study suggests that eating eggs for breakfast may help you adhere to a diet better than a breakfast high in refined carbohydrates. Researchers found that overweight and obese adults who ate two eggs for breakfast as part of a calorie-reduced diet lost 65 percent more weight than obese people who ate a bagel for breakfast. Experts say the secret is that eggs have more protein, which helps keep you full longer. Read more »
