Effects Of Obesity On A Family

A recent study examined rates of asthma, obesity, and
attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder in young children to
determine the causes and long-term effects of these illnesses. A
Harvard researcher who worked on the study said that these chronic
illnesses are affecting children from poor families more than
children from more affluent families. He said the study also found
that that excessive television watching from an early age is a
potential cause for all three illnesses.
