Three new studies have shed light on the role diet plays in Type 2
diabetes. In one study, researchers found that drinking
sugar-sweetened sodas and fruit juices were associated with
developing diabetes, while another found that eating plenty of
vegetables and fruit lowered a person's diabetes risk. Scientists
also found that a low-fat diet did not appear to decrease the risk
